Background
The East Wilco Highway, Segment 6 Project requires U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) approval of an Aquatic Resources Delineation Report prior to construction. The USACE Agent Authorization Form is required to authorize an employee of Halff to submit the necessary Request for Jurisdictional Determination on behalf of Williamson County to the USACE for review and approval.
