Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on approving Agreement No. 2026-005 with All Cen-Tex Septic & Drain Service, Inc. in the not-to-exceed amount of One Hundred Thousand Dollars ($100,000.00) per year, exempting this purchase from competitive bidding requirements per Local Gov't Code Section 262.0245 to the extent practicable under the circumstances, for the County purchase of an item that is not subject to competitive procurement or for which the county receives no responsive bid and authorizes the execution of the agreement.

Facilities Management submitted this request for a FY26 MSA for Septic Pumping Services on an on-needed basis at various Williamson County Facilities with All Cen-Tex Septic & Drain Service, Inc. as we were not successful in obtaining responses for our 25RFP67 Septic Systems Services Solicitation. This MSA will be valid as of the date of execution through September 30, 2026.  A new solicitation will be reissued at that time.  Contract Audit and General Counsel reviewed.
