Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on Amendment No. 3 to the Subrecipient Agreement between Williamson County and Lonestar Regional Water Authority water project, funded by the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA).
Background
The agreement is being amended to include engineering services as part of the project to be funded by ARPA funds. The total dollar amount of the contract remains unchanged.
