Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on the list of proposed organizations for cycle 2.3 of the salary study. In addition to the outlined organizations, Elected Officials (WILCO EO Grade) will also be reviewed during cycle 2.3.
Background
The salary study is conducted over a three-year cycle. Any changes recommended during cycle 2.3 would be submitted for approval during the Fiscal Year 2027 budget process. If approved, changes would go into effect in October 2026.
