Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on an order declaring an emergency and a grave necessity due to unforeseeable circumstances and approve a budget amendment for unspent 2025 donation dollars for the Emergency Medical Services (EMS).
Background
At the end of the Fiscal Year 2025, $3,898.88 remained in unspent donation dollars. This amendment is to appropriate those unspent 2025 donations to be spent in 2026.
