Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on authorizing the second and FINAL renewal of contract #T4960 between Williamson County and Holmes Murphy Associates, LLC for Benefits Broker Consultant Services for the Human Resources Department, originally approved on December 15, 2020, under Agenda Item #25, for the same pricing, terms and conditions as the existing contract, for the term of January 1, 2026, through December 31, 2026.
Background
This is the second and FINAL renewal of contract #T4960 between Williamson County and Holmes Murphy Associates, LLC for Benefits Broker Consultant Services for the Human Resources Department. The original agreement was approved on December 7, 2021, under Agenda Item #49. The initial agreement included three years, beginning January 1, 2022, and ending December 31, 2024, with two additional one-year renewal options. The final renewal term is from January 1, 2026 through December 31, 2026. The Benefits Department requested renewal #2 and confirmed the vendor met all the County requirements for this contract.
