Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on approving Agreement #2026-116 with Data Projections, Inc. for the Emergency Services Operations Center (ESOC) Phase III Upgrades, in the amount of Eighty-two thousand, four-hundred seventy-four dollars and sixty-seven cents ($82,474.67), utilizing the TIPS Cooperative Contract #230105 and authorizing the execution of the agreement. The Emergency Services Operations Center (ESOC) located at 911 Tracy Chambers Lane, Georgetown, TX 78626, is continuing a multiphase technology upgrade with Data Projections, Inc. to enhance operational capabilities for emergency response, coordination, and training. Phase III builds upon improvements completed in Phase II and provides additional audiovisual, communication, and conferencing upgrades within the Media Room, the Training Room and the EOC area.  The Phase III upgrades are scheduled to be completed by February 28, 2026. Funding for this project is from P603 for FY26.  Origination #4400. This project has been reviewed by the Auditor's Office and the Information Services Department.
