Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on approving the Master Service Agreement #2026-021, between Williamson County and Johnson Controls Fire Protection LP for Fire Alarm, Sprinkler Systems, and Fire Suppression Maintenance and Repairs in the not-to-exceed amount of $100,000.00 pursuant to Sourcewell’s Cooperative Contract # #030421-JHN and authorize execution of the agreement.
Background
This Master Service Agreement for Fire Alarm, Sprinkler Systems, and Fire Suppression Maintenance and Repairs between Williamson County and Johnson Controls Fire Protection LP is to be able to utilize the vendor for services as they arise. This contract takes effect from the last party’s date of execution and continues until April 30, 2026. Each project will be initiated with a work order and purchase order. The company is publicly traded; therefore, no Form 1295 is required. The funding source is 01.0100.0509.004510, Origination #3613 and the point of contact is Christi Stromberg.
