Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on approving Agreement #2026-100 with Pavion Corporation (formerly Netronix) for the purchase and installation of the Williamson County Jail parking garage cameras in the amount of $93,473.69 under the Houston-Galveston Area Council (HGAC) Cooperative Contract #SE05-20, and authorize the execution of the agreement.

This Agreement #2026-100 with Pavion Corporation (Formerly Netronix) will provide for the purchase and installation of new security cameras throughout the Williamson County Jail Parking Garage located at 306 W. 4th Street, Georgetown, Tx 78626.  Pavion will provide all cameras, mounting hardware, and installation of the equipment.  The project includes full programming and camera enrollment into the County's system.  The project is anticipated to be completed in January 2026. Funding for the work is from line 01.0100.0503.004509 for FY26. Origination #4290. Due to the secure nature of the installation and the details contained on the contract, the Purchasing Department has provided the contract to the members of the court directly and placed the contract in a secure file and has not attached it to this item.  The Department's point of contact is Holly Snell.
