Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on approving a Federal Demonstration Partnership (FDP) Subaward Amendment for the Wilco Transformative Justice Project (Award No. M2401563) relating to a Subaward Agreement between Williamson County, Texas and Texas A&M University.
Public Background
The performance period end date for this grant will be extended from September 30, 2025 to December 31, 2025. This No Cost Extension (NCE) amendment is issued solely for administrative closeout purposes. All other terms and conditions of the original Subaward Agreement remain in full force and effect.
