Receive and acknowledge approval of Change Order No. 1 from Falkenberg Construction Co., Inc. for the Medic 11 Dumpster Enclosure project to repair broken concrete, with no extension of time to complete the project, which was approved by Williamson County Facilities Project Manager, Daryl Mutz, pursuant to the Commissioners Court's prior delegation of change order approval authority pursuant to Loc. Gov't Code Sec. 262.031.

The Change Order No. 1 was made to the contractor, Falkenberg Construction Co., Inc. for a net increase of $3,465.80. As a result of this Change Order, the net increase is 5.65% in the Contract cost with a new contract sum of $64,800.76. Williamson County Facilities Project Manager, Daryl Mutz was delegated change order approval authority for this project on January 23, 2024, by the Commissioners Court pursuant to Loc. Gov't Code Sec. 262.031. This item is to acknowledge such approval and record same into the minutes of the Commissioners Court.
