Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on Consent to Contract Assignment from Brand Companies LLC (the Assignor) requested for Williamson County, Texas (“County”) for the assigned and transfer of all its interests, rights, and obligations to Southland Industries (the Assignee) and authorize execution of the Consent to Contract Assignment.
Public Background
Brandt Companies LLC changed names to Southland Industries. The Consent to Assignment transfers the following existing Williamson County services contracts to Southland Industries:
