Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on approving the Goods and Services Contract #2026-133 between Williamson County and Netsync Network Solutions Inc. for the Cisco Webex Contact Center Implementation for Justice of the Peace Precinct 4 (JP4) in the amount of $15,795.00, and authorizing the execution of the service contract pursuant to DIR contract #DIR-CPO-4866.

This goods and services contract is to implement Cisco Webex Contact Center for JP4. The implementation will improve call routing, reporting and call recording capabilities for the precinct. The County already owns and maintains all required Webex Contact Center licenses, and this project builds on the County’s existing Webex Contact Center environment currently in use for other departments. The vendor will support planning, configuration and testing to ensure a successful deployment. This project has been reviewed by the Budget Office, Auditor's Office and Information Services Department. Funding Source is 01.0100.0503.004100 for FY26. Origination #4487.
