Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on approving the Tax Abatement Agreement between Williamson County, Texas and Pegatron Technologies, LLC in relation to improvements of 168,784 square feet of manufacturing and warehouse space on an approximate 12.52 acre tract of land situated at 610 Blue Springs Blvd, Building #3, Georgetown, TX 78626 in the Reinvestment Zone No. 2024-03, being located in Georgetown, Texas, with estimated cost of the improvements being approximately $35 million dollars.
