Williamson County is willing to allow the private utility to cross through the county ROW to serve the tract. United Heritage Credit Union acknowledges that any new installation, adjustment, removal, or relocation is performed at its own risk, and Williamson County provides no warranty or assurance regarding the presence or location of existing utilities within its ROW.
