Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on a First Amendment to that Certain Williamson County Exposition Center License Agreement by and between Williamson County and the Williamson County Livestock Association, Inc (WCLA) in relation to granting permission to the WCLA use of areas of the Williamson County Exposition Center for the purpose of holding a youth livestock show.
Public Background
Request to amend paragraph 17 of the Agreement. Allows up to five (5) storage containers on site rather than four (4) as stated in the original agreement. WCLA found they needed more storage for equipment. This outdoor area at the Expo is large enough to meet their needs.
