Discuss, consider and take appropriate action regarding approval and receipt of the vehicle reimbursement agreement with Celebration Church for off-duty contracting of County Sheriff Deputies, to be effective January 27, 2026.
Public Background
This is the annual renewal agreement that will give permission for Celebration Church to contract County Sheriff's deputies in a private capacity and the County to invoice them for deputies' vehicle usage. The agreement will begin January 27, 2026, and will terminate on September 30, 2026.
