Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on approval of the final plat for the Nolina Phases 2B, 3A & 3B subdivision – Precinct 3. 

This is the next section in the Nolina subdivision. This subdivision consists of 177 single family lots, 6 open space/drainage lots, 2 HOA landscape lots, and 7,748 feet of new public roads. Roadway and drainage construction is not yet complete, but a performance bond in the amount of $2,387,441.16 has been posted with the County to cover the cost of the remaining construction.

2025-11-07 – 1st review complete with comments
2025-11-20 – 2nd submittal of final plat
2025-12-04 – 2nd review complete with comments cleared
2026-01-23 – receipt of final plat with signatures
2026-01-27 – final plat placed on the February 3rd, 2026 Commissioners Court agenda for consideration
