Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on approval of the Revised Preliminary Plat for the Reserve at North Haven Subdivision (revision 1) – Precinct 2.

This is the first revision to the preliminary plat of the Reserve at North Haven Subdivision that was last approved March 7th, 2023. Since the last approval, the developer has requested changes to the roadway and lot layout. This revision consists of an increase of 442 lots and 8,522 linear feet of new roads. With this revision, the Reserve at North Haven Subdivision consists of 515 single-family lots, 8 right-of-way lots, 7 open space lots, 5 open space/drainage lots, 5 right-of-way reserve lots, 2 irrigation/drainage/open space lots, 2 irrigation/open space lots, 1 wastewater/open space lot, 1 amenity lot, and 19,129 linear feet of new public roads to be maintained by Municipal Utility District 62 on 130.10 acres.
