Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on approval of the Replat of Lots 20-22 Section 3, Lost River Ranches Subdivision – Precinct 3.

Public Background

This replat consists of 8 residential lots and no new roads. The purpose of this replat is to subdivide the existing lots 20, 21, and 22 into 8 new lots. Drainage construction is not yet complete, but a financial security in the amount of $47,690.50 has been posted with the County to cover the cost of the remaining construction.
