Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action regarding Change Order No. 1R in the amount of $204,217.89 for Project 25RFCSP50 Jester Annex HVAC Rooftop Unit (RTU) Replacement (Trimbuilt Construction, Inc.)

This Change Order replaces the previously executed Change Order No. 1. The original Change Order #1 entered an incorrect amount listed under the “New Contract Sum including this Change Order” as $3,204,117.89. This revised Change Order corrects the error by updating the correct “New Contract Sum including this Change Order” to read $2,504,117.89. All other items from the previous Change Order No. 1 remain the same and no new items have been added to this revised Change Order. This Change Order No. 1 includes moving the Chiller yard 170 feet from its original location, an extension of time by 53 days to Substantial Completion of the project, and a net increase of $204,217.89. As a result of this Change Order, the net increase is 8.8% in the Contract cost with a new contract sum of $2,504,117.89.
