Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on a line item transfer for Emergency Medical Services (EMS).

Each year, the radio shop takes a snapshot of the radio inventory as it is assigned to departments.  This is what is used to determine budgets for radio fees.  Sometimes these radio counts can change from the initial count, causing the radio fee line to have excess or a deficit.  The EMS radio fee line is short by three radios.  We are proposing to move this money from the Jail Radio Fee line or object code 004850 since it has a small surplus.
