Receive and acknowledge approval of Change Order No. 1 from Bartlett Cocke General Contractors, LLC, for the Expo West Arena project for deduction from the original GMP amount, which was approved by Williamson County Project Manager, Angel Gomez, pursuant to the Commissioners Court's prior delegation of change order approval authority pursuant to Loc. Gov't Code Sec. 262.031.
