Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving Contract #2026-247 between Williamson County and Console Cleaning Specialists, Inc. dba Communication Center Specialists, to provide annual console cleaning and maintenance for 911 Communications, in the not-to-exceed amount of $15,300.00 and authorizing execution of the agreement. (Funding source is 01.0100.0581.004500.)
Public Background
This service is for preventative maintenance and detailed cleaning performed once a year by trained technicians. Service includes vacuuming, cleaning and/or sanitizing all reachable interior and exterior surfaces. The vendor will also inspect, repair (if possible) and calibrate console furniture as well report findings and recommendations.
