Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on a Donation and Use Agreement between Bissell Pet Foundation and the Williamson County Regional Animal Shelter, acting by and through Williamson County, Texas, for the donation and use of the prescription drug NexGard; and take appropriate action regarding acceptance of the donation of 16,000 doses of Nexgard from Bissell Pet Foundation to be used for the purpose of helping to prevent shelter pets from contracting the New World Screwworm (Tex. Loc. Gov’t Code § 81.032)
