Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on approving of Services Contract No. 2026-249 with SWCA, Inc dba SWCA Environmental Consultants for Community Wildfire Protection Plan pursuant to GSA Co-Op contract 47QRAA19D004C for Emergency Management (Funding source is 01.0100.0541.004100).

This project will update Williamson County's Community Wildfire Protection Plan (CWPP) to identify and map wildfire risk, assess vulnerable communities and firefighting capabilities, prioritize mitigation projects, and develop an implementation-ready action plan that supports future grant funding and long-term wildfire resilience. Deliverables include an updated CWPP, wildfire risk and hazard assessment, fire behavior modeling, community assessments, GIS maps and geodatabase, prioritized mitigation action matrices, Core Team meeting documentation, and final digital plan and mapping products for adoption and implementation.
