Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on the Second Amendment to the Subrecipient Agreement with the City of Liberty Hill for Water and Wastewater Utility Improvement Projects.
Public Background
On March 25, 2025, the Commissioners Court approved an amendment to the City of Liberty Hill ARPA agreement. An error was identified in the allocation between program tasks. This Second Amendment corrects the program task budgets; however, the total dollar amount of the agreement remains unchanged.
