Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on ratification and approval of the revised preliminary plat for the Burford Ranch subdivision (revision 1) – Precinct 4. 

This is the first revision to the preliminary plat of the Burford Ranch subdivision that was initially approved on November 7th, 2023. Since the last approval, the developer has requested changes to the road alignments, lot layout and section boundary changes. This revision includes an increase of 9 lots and a decrease of 78 linear feet of new roads. With this revision, the proposed Burford Ranch subdivision consists of 4 open space lots, 6 drainage/landscape/utility lots, 15 industrial/ commercial lots, 111 single family lots, and 14,454 linear feet of new roads to be maintained by Burford Ranch MUD on 237.8 acres. Pursuant to the Commissioners Court action taken September 10th, 2019, the County Engineer has approved this revised preliminary plat in order to meet the review timelines set forth in House Bill 3167.
