Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on approval of the final plat for the Santa Rita Ranch Northwest Phase 2 Section 1 subdivision – Precinct 2.

This is the first section of the Santa Rita Ranch Northwest Phase 2 development. This final plat consists of 1 water quality/drainage easement/open space/landscape easement/public utility easement lot, 1 drainage easement/open space/landscape easement/public utility easement lot, 1 open space/landscape easement/public utility easement lot, 87 single family lots, and 8,208 linear feet of new public roads.  Roadway and drainage construction is not yet complete, but a performance bond has been posted with the County to cover the cost of the remaining construction.

2026-04-07 – 1st review complete with comments
2026-06-18 – 2nd submittal of final plat
2026-06-30 – 2nd review complete with comments
2026-06-30 – 3rd submittal of final plat
2026-07-02 – 3rd review complete with comments cleared
2026-07-06 – receipt of final plat with signatures
2026-07-07 – final plat placed on the July 14th, 2026 Commissioners Court agenda for consideration
