Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving County Addendum # 2026-190 for Euna Solutions, Inc. End User Licenses Agreement for Sourcing Pro (electronic bidding platform) and Contract Management Pro licenses, in the amount of $70,397.99 for term one (01.10.2026-09.30.2027), $74,621.87 for term two (01.10.2027-09.30.2028) and $5,315.53 for term three (01.10.2028-10.25.2028), per Sourcewell Contract #060624-GTH and authorizing the execution of the agreement (Funding source: 01.0100.0503.004505).
Public Background
This new agreement will extend the current access to the Euna electronic bidding portal and Contract Management module for County Purchasing staff aligning with the terms of the cooperative.
