Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on the vehicle replacement schedule for FY27.

Please see attached.  Each year, the Budget Office, in conjunction with the Fleet Director, review the vehicle replacement schedule for any necessary updates.  In reviewing the current replacement criteria on livestock trucks of "11 years and 132K miles", the Fleet Director is recommending replacement at "8 years and 132K miles" instead.  This recommendation is based on costly repairs between years 8 and 11 as well as patterns of usage, i.e. on and off-road usage, towing of trailers, hauling of 4-wheelers, etc.
