Public Background
This Supplemental Agreement for Design and Engineering Services between Williamson County and Ramirez-Simon Engineering, LLC provides compensation for owner-requested services outside the original scope of work. The supplemental services include additional civil engineering work necessary to address Geological Assessment requirements associated with the Jail North Generator Upgrade project. The agreement increases the contract amount by $6,380.00 and extends the contract term through February 17, 2029. Funding will be provided from Account No. 01.0100.0509.004100.
