Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving service agreement with Waste Management of Texas, Inc. for (1) 20 yard open top container to support the operation of the Williamson County Department of Infrastructure and authorizing the County the execution of the agreement.
Background
With this service agreement, Waste Management of Texas provides equipment and services to collect and dispose of and/or recycle all non-hazardous solid waste, organic waste and recyclable materials to include specials waste such as industrial process wastes, asbestos containing materials, petroleum contaminated soils, treated/de-characterized wastes, and demolition debris. This service agreement is for a 3 year term at a rate of $320/month.
