Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on a request by the ITS Department to increase the budgeted salary amount for the position of Office Administrator, position #0958, in the ITS Department from the budgeted annual salary amount of $33,856.70 to the increased salary amount of $38,394.67.
Background
The reclassification policy allows a Department Head or Elected Official to increase the salary of a position to the bottom of the new grade or up to a 10% increase in pay if the current salary is above the bottom of the new grade, if approved by Commissioner's Court following a public hearing.
