Discuss and take appropriate action on participation by Williamson County Road Bond Program under the county's habitat conservation plan for a parcel of the project area for roadway safety improvements for a 1.7 mile segment between Maple Street and Southwestern Boulevard.

Project is for safety improvements to a 1.7 miles segment of Georgetown Inner Loop between Maple Street and Southwestern Boulevard.  The entire project area is 14.3 acres with 8.04 acres of disturbance and 7.74 acres with potential to impact a karst area. This participation is by the Williamson County Road Bond Program. 

Staff recommends the following action: Authorize County Judge or designee to sign (execute) Determination Letter and to execute Participation Agreement, when presented, for this project, WCCF file 20170816, and to sign any related documents as may be required.
