Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action regarding Change Order No. 5 in the amount of -$122,394.06 for Bill Pickett Trail, a Road Bond Project in Commissioner Pct. 4.

Background

This Change Order provides the final balancing for the overrun/underrun of Contract quantities on the project as a result of addressing field conditions not accounted for in the original plans. Fifty-four (54) days will be added to the contract, due to an unusually high number of bad weather days that slowed the progress of construction. This was compared to the average weather data for the months of May, August, and November 2016.
