Background
This is the next section of the Rancho Sienna development. It consists of 53 single family lots and 1,238 feet of new public roads. Roadway and drainage construction is not yet complete, but a performance bond in the amount of $287.088.20 has been posted with the County to cover the cost of the remaining construction.
