Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on awarding RFP # 1707-172 Tennis Pro Manager - Southwest Williamson County Regional Park, to the highest scoring proposer Rippner Tennis.
Background
The RFP was distributed to 817 companies, with 24 viewing it. We received 2 proposals on August 14, 2017. The evaluation committee analyzed the proposals and concluded that both vendors were eligible for interview. After the interviews it was determined by the committee to recommend award to the initial highest scoring proposer Rippner Tennis, LLC for an initial term of three (3) years with two (2) annual extension options.
