Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on a line item transfer for various departments to cover work comp shortages.
Background
Even though we program work comp rates into our budgeting software and include a % increase, these are only estimates. TAC has sent the invoice (based on claims and payroll) for January through September 2018 causing about a $24K shortfall with a total of bill of roughly $590K.
