Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on approving the service agreement between Waterborne Pumps LLC and Williamson County for pump retro-fit panel installation in the not-to-exceed amount of $9,985.00 and authorizing the execution of the agreement.
Background
Waterborne Pumps will replace the existing Flowtronex pump controls for the main pump station for the Williamson County Sports Complex. The service contract includes replacing the Flowtronex control panel and wiring with the new Waterborne retro-fit control panel as well as programming and calibration of all systems to ensure that the irrigation pump system is functional. Three companies were contacted for quotes but only one response was received. The department point of contact is Terry Roberts. This expenditure will be charged to 01.0100.0510.005300. Funding was approved in the FY2018 budget.
