Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on a line item transfer for the District Clerk.
Background
When budget recommendations came out for FY 18, our postage meter rental was lower than what we had requested. The Budget Office made the recommendation based on what we had spent historically. However, we had a new contract in place and incurred a price increase. This transfer will cover the last installment on the postage meter rental.
