Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on approving the service contract between MTech Comfort Systems USA and Williamson County for HVAC replacement at the Inner Loop Annex in the not-to-exceed amount of $474,400.00 pursuant to TIPS contract # 180205, and authorizing execution of the agreement.
Background
MTech will disconnect and remove twenty-three (23) rooftop units, provide and install twenty-three (23) new high-efficiency rooftop units, and perform work to satisfy the completion of the project. The department points of contact are Toby Bonnett and Dale Butler. This expenditure will be charged to 01.0100.1043.005300. Funding was approved in the FY2018 budget.
