Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving a 2006 Road Bond Budget Transfer per Mike Weaver, Road Bond Manager, to move $606,000 from SH 195 ROW (P149) to SH 29 Improvements (P217). Also, to close CR 272 Cedar Park ILA (P268), CR 245 (P273), SH 195 ROW (P149) and IH 35 Operational Study (P258) and move all remaining funds to 2006 Road Non-Departmental (P156).
