Discuss, consider and take appropriate action regarding Change Order No. 4 in the amount of ($932,493.87) for CR 110 South (Chasco Constructors, Inc.), a Road Bond project in Commissioner Pct. 4.  Project: P260. Funding Source: Road Bond.

This Change Order revises the north end of the project tying into existing CR 110 by shortening the limits due to an unacquired Right of Way tract. The proposed roadway taper to existing pavement is shortened to stay within acquired limits. This also simplifies the construction of Limmer Loop by notching and widening adjacent to the roadway rather than full pavement construction. Additional quantity for Type D PG 70-22 asphalt is added to pave the full width of Limmer Loop, rather than just the widening shown in the plans.
