Background
The Part-time salary line item will be short in order to pay the last two checks for the Administrative Specialist. She has resigned from her position, so this position will not be filled for the month of September. Due to a misunderstanding in the funding, it was assumed that since it had been funded for the 20-30 hour a week position, that the higher range had been funded. During the past year, it has been necessary to have her here at least 25 hours a week, especially when the Administrative Assistant had to be out of the office due to illness or vacation.
