Background
Williamson County residents are reminded during Preparedness Month to remain mindful of the dangers presented by natural and man-made disasters. Potential threats may change rapidly, therefore, it is important to be prepared, stay informed and follow instructions from local officials and emergency management personnel. Williamson County has made available to all residents the “Wilco Ready” mobile application to aid in all preparedness activities and encourages residents to register at WarnCentralTexas.org to receive emergency messages.
