Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving a proposal of insurance from McGriff, Seibels & Williams of Texas, Inc. to bind general liability insurance for the property located at 350 Exchange Boulevard, Hutto, Texas, which is to be used for purposes of Williamson County Precinct 4 offices from September 1, 2018 to December 15, 2018.
Background
Williamson County will lease back the Williamson County Hutto Annex property following the conveyance of such property to the City of Hutto. Pursuant to the Lease Agreement, Williamson County is required to procure general liability insurance during the lease term. The total premium is $735.
