Background
This is the next section of the Santa Rita Ranch Phase 1 development. It consists of 41 single family lots, 2 open space lots, 2 landscape lots, 1 drainage easement and open space lot, and 1,980 feet of new public roads. Roadway and drainage construction is not yet complete, but a performance bond in the amount of $455,941.57 has been posted with the County to cover the cost of the remaining construction in Sections 6B & 6C.
