Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on a change to the Employee Policy Manual.

Background

The change would be to the Job Specific Policy on page 24. The Policy section would be deleted and the chart would still function as a career ladder for the Courts system, as it does today. HR recommends revising the experience on the job descriptions to allow for hiring a person based on experience in the workplace, regardless of where the experience is acquired.  This would delete the Wilco specific requirement. All other policies regarding available funding and hiring in at 15% maximums would still apply. All County Court at Law and District Judges are in support of this change.
