Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving purchase of three (3) 2022 Ford F-250 Regular Cab Trucks in the amount of $27,933.25 for each and one (1) 2022 Ford F-250 Regular Cab Truck 4x4 in the amount $30,083.75, one (1) 2022 Ford Crew Cab in the amount of 66,021.50 and one (1) base model Ford Explorer in the amount of $28,855.50 for a total amount of $209,360.50. All quotes include a one-time administrative fee of $300 per purchase order from Silsbee Ford as per GoodBuy Contract #20-8F000.
Background
Approval of this purchase will support the Road and Bridge Department. The Fleet Services and Budget Department have both reviewed this purchase. Department contact: Shea Webb, Funding Source: 01.0200.0210.005700 and approved in the FY22 budget.
